Mens snøen lavet ned og mørket senket seg fant rundt ett hundre buddhister frem til Khuong Viet buddhisttempel på Lørenskog der Buddhistforbundets årlige Lysfest fant sted lørdag 5. desember 09.

 Opprinnelsen til denne feiringen er Buddhas Oppvåkningsdag som buddhistene i Japan markerer 8. desember hvert år. Rinzai Zen Senter som er den organisasjonen, som i sin tid tok initiativet til å ... more»

Compassion is the very heart of Tibetan buddhism and it's a great source of inspiration. The Chenrezig practice, which is a key practice in Tibetan buddhism, is a wonderful way to cultivates compassion. HH The Dalai Lama is beautiful +_+
